We are ecstatic to announce that we will be welcoming our first precious little baby to our family in 2008!!! As many of you already know, getting to this moment has been a long, and difficult road for me and Brock. We feel so blessed to have gone through what we have, and especially to be where we are now. It was the hardest thing I have ever done to lose two babies (though some may argue that I never lost anything when the pregnancies were so short lived), but it just makes this pregnancy--and this child--that much more special for us. We can't wait to be parents and to be able to realize that dream.
We are due on June 28, which makes me about 14.5 weeks pregnant. We announced to our families on Christmas that the family (and my belly) would be expanding. It was so much fun to see people's reactions. It is a bit bizarre to not have it be a secret anymore. We have been extremely cautious, and could not be happier to be past the first trimester and have everything looking great!
We've had the privilege to have three ultrasounds thus far, and seeing our little baby, and hearing the heartbeat has to be the best thing I've ever seen/heard. What an amazing experience to know that we created a life (most definitely with the aide of Heavenly Father) and to be able to see it. To see it move, and to hear the heartbeat...even if I wasn't an emotional pregnant woman, I still think I would have balled like a baby! We just feel so blessed and feel so strongly the love of the Lord, and our Father in Heaven. We know without a doubt that this would have been impossible without their help.
A huge THANK YOU to all those people who have kept us in their thoughts and prayers. We couldn't have done this without the help and support of so many wonderful people who mean more to us than words can say. We love you all so much, and hope you know what a huge part you play in our lives, and who we are.
We'll keep you updated on the progress. Make sure to vote on what you think it will be...and YES we are finding out what we will be having! Those of you who know me know how impossible it would be for me to wait:)

YEAH! We are so excited for you two. We can't wait to check your blog for updates. I hope to see some belly pictures soon! :) You two are going to be the best parents. It is the greatest experience ever. It is such a gift! We have bets going and we think it is a boy. Just FYI. :)
WAAAHHOOOOOO! We are so thrilled for Arrington to have another little friend. I'm going to vote a boy, only because I want Arri to have someone to have sleepovers with... but I would be pleased as pie to have either as I imagine you would too.

Lindsay and Brock, I am sooooo happy for you!!! I cried as I read your blog. I'm so sorry for the long hard road but I am so glad that you finally get to have the righteous desire of your hearts. I have a few ladies in my ward who have been trying for 2-3 years and it makes me feel so blessed. I don't know if you have heard, but I am also 10 weeks pregnant. We are due at the end of October. Lindsay- This is Kristen Harris (Capson). I just wanted to say hi and tell you how happy I am for you and Brock. Congratulations! We also know how hard it is to want a baby so bad and to have lost several pregnancies and babies. My heart truly breaks whenever I hear of someone going through that.
